Returns & Exchanges Questions

Yes, we accept exchanges. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variation, please contact us within 90 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We accept returns only for defective products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 90 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will be happy to offer a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for non-defective items, so please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. If you need to return an item, please ensure it is shipped with a trackable method for your security.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3 days.
